Supportive Housing
If you receive home support from Fraser Health you may have these services transferred to Seton Villa when you move in. If your health condition changes, private pay care services may be arranged.
If you currently receive a subsidy from Fraser Health and your care needs change while living at Seton Villa, you will require an assessment by Fraser Health, who approves additional care.
Priority will be given to seniors who meet the following requirements:
Income:
Single Individuals: Minimum income of $33,000 gross (before taxes) per year.
Couples: Minimum income of $48,000 gross (before taxes) per year, combined.If the applicant’s income is less than the above amount, please provide proof of assets, savings and/or investments. Or, if an individual would like to support you, a Letter of Guarantor with your Notice of Assessment will need to be submitted along with your application.
Age:
Be at least 65 years old. In the case of joint applications, one person must be 65 years or older.
Interview:
Pass a pre-occupancy interview to ensure that Seton Villa can provide the care services required.
Due to our building structure, we cannot accommodate seniors who require mechanical lifts or wheelchairs.
