Meals are served to residents in the comfort of our dining room which overlooks the Villa’s garden and pond areas. Our trained staff provide 3 meals per day, with a 5-week menu rotation. Alternate selections are available at each seating, and special diet requirements can be accommodated. Our resident Food Committee meets monthly and ensures that menus meet the needs and preferences of all residents.

The entire penthouse is available at all times for residents use. The penthouse is also the location for a number of activities and special events. Residents can choose to engage in conversation, survey the Greater Vancouver area from all sides of the building, play a game of pool, work quietly on a puzzle, read comfortably in our living room/library, exercise or watch theatre-style movies.

The bistro is located on the 19th floor and is open 24 hours a day. It is a great place for residents to mingle and invite guests to enjoy coffee, tea or cold beverages. Our Bistro is home to monthly Happy Hours and many other fun and themed activities!

Our hair salon is open 5 days a week from 9 am – 4 pm. Residents can enjoy the view from the 19th floor while getting their hair done or be pampered with a manicure or pedicure. Whether you want a simple cut or a new style, our in-house stylist will leave you feeling beautiful!

Our fitness equipment includes a stationary bike (NuStep), a treadmill and free weights. Enjoy a workout in our fitness area, located on the 19th floor overlooking the City of Burnaby! There is also a treadmill located in our basement for those who would like a cooler workout with more privacy.

Seton Villa has its own pool and jacuzzi area! Residents can engage in early morning exercises or relax in the jacuzzi pool. Perfect for cooling off during a hot day, we also offer pool fitness classes for those interested!

Open Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30 am – 11:30 am, the Card & Snack shop offers a variety of snacks, cards, supplies and the like at an affordable price. More than just a shop, it has become a social hub at Seton Villa.

Residents and visitors can relax in the garden areas, count the fish in the fish pond, or plant their own garden in our Seton Villa community garden. Perfect for a picnic or as a relaxing reading nook, enjoy all that nature has to offer right in your backyard!
