Our Campus

Opened in 1974, Seton Villa is home to over 200 residents across 17 floors of apartments. Two additional floors provide a place for residents to relax, socialize, and have fun — including our 19th floor penthouse with a 360 degree view of the city, mountains, and ocean. Each suite has floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view for everyone to enjoy. We have on-site gardening plots for those with a green thumb, as well as a lush garden and pond with coy fish for all to enjoy. Behind our garden rests Overlynn Mansion with a large green area, perfect for reading, picnicking, or getting steps in.

New Build

We are deeply committed to our mission of providing high-quality, affordable housing for seniors.  Currently, Seton Villa Tower is not wheelchair accessible, which causes some residents to find a new facility when their mobility needs change.   It has been our long-term plan to provide affordable, wheelchair accessible suites at Seton Villa. With the City of Burnaby’s approval of the new building, with 48 wheelchair accessible suites, and construction slated for 2025, all of our residents will be able to age in place, enjoying the same views, activities, and community.
