Our Campus

Opened in 1974, Seton Villa is home to over 200 residents across 17 floors of apartments. Two additional floors provide all of our residents with room to relax, socialize, and have fun — including our 19th floor penthouse with a 360 degree view of the city, mountains, and ocean! Each room comes with floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view for everyone to enjoy. We have on-site gardening plots for those with a green thumb, as well as a lush garden and pond with coy fish for all to enjoy. Behind our garden rests Overlynn Mansion with a large green area, perfect for reading, picnicking, or getting steps in.

New Build

The Board continues to gather information to facilitate a thorough review of the options for a much-needed expansion.   We are strongly committed to Action Line Housing Society’s Mission to provide high quality, affordable housing for seniors.  With the average age of our residents increasing, many have mobility issues.  It has been our long-term plan to be able to also provide affordable, wheelchair accessible suites at Seton Villa. Currently, our tower is not wheelchair accessible which causes some of our residents to have to look for a new facility that supports their changing mobility needs. With the new build, all of our residents will be able to stay on our campus and enjoy the same views, friends, and activities!
