About Us

Seton Villa and Action Line Housing Society is committed to providing affordable housing and support services for seniors (65+) so they may live independently for as long as possible.

Since 1974, Seton Villa has provided a unique model of care: seniors may live independently and as their needs change, may receive subsidized services to support their health. This supports residents to age in place.

Seton Villa is a retirement centre where seniors play an integral role in creating “Healthy and Affordable Community Living for Seniors.”

All staff employed by Seton Villa are chosen because of their interest in working with seniors, their skills and above all, their caring nature. Staff are “extended family” at Seton Villa.
