Seton Villa offers both supportive housing and assisted living, encouraging residents to live as independently as possible.
Independent Living
Our Supportive Housing at Seton Villa provides residents with everything they need to feel at home. 14 of our 19 floors are dedicated to independent living, and each room includes an incredible view! Meals, housekeeping, and maintenance are provided while additional laundry and cooking facilities are available for those who would like to do their own! This allows residents to maintain their social and life skills while also maintaining their independence to the highest degree. Additional help is always available should they need it, and each resident is provided with an emergency response system.
Subsidies
Residents may be eligible for assistance through SAFER (The Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters). A website where you can enter your information and calculate the amount you may be eligible for can be accessed in the link below:
Assisted Living
Funded by Fraser Health, the Assisted Living program is available for 28 designated suites across 3 floors at Seton Villa. These suites are funded under the government’s Independent Living BC (ILBC) program. Eligibility is determined by a Fraser Health Case Manager assigned to Seton Villa. Funded suites are intended for seniors with low to moderate incomes who need assistance with activities of daily living. Like Independent Living, meals, housekeeping, and maintenance are provided while additional laundry and cooking facilities are available.
