Seton Villa offers independent living and assisted living, encouraging residents to live as independently as possible.

Independent Living

Independent Living at Seton Villa provides residents with everything they need to feel at home. Fourteen of our nineteen floors are dedicated to independent living, and each room includes an incredible view. Meals, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities and basic cable are provided. Some suites have kitchens/kitchenettes for those who prefer to cook for themselves. Additional care is available should resident’s needs change, and each resident is provided with an emergency response system.

Subsidies

Residents may be eligible for assistance through SAFER (The Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters). A website where you can enter your information and calculate the amount you may be eligible for can be accessed in the link below:

Tours

Tours are offered between 9:00am and 10:30am; 1:00pm and 3:30pm, and 6:00pm and 7:00pm.

If you would like to book a tour, please contact the Resident Relations Team at frontdesk@setonvilla.com Please outline the date and time you prefer. The Resident Relations team will follow up and confirm your tour.

Assisted Living

Funded by Fraser Health, the Assisted Living program is available for 28 designated suites on three floors of Seton Villa. These suites are funded by the government’s Independent Living BC (ILBC) program. Eligibility is determined by a Fraser Health Case Manager. Funded suites are intended for seniors with low to moderate income who need assistance with daily living. Like Independent Living, meals, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities and basic cable are provided.
