Seton Villa offers independent living and assisted living, encouraging residents to live as independently as possible.

Independent Living

Independent Living at Seton Villa provides residents with everything they need to feel at home. Fourteen of our nineteen floors are dedicated to independent living, and each room includes an incredible view. Meals, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities and basic cable are provided. Some suites have kitchens/kitchenettes for those who prefer to cook for themselves. Additional care is available should resident’s needs change, and each resident is provided with an emergency response system.

Trial Suite

Curious about life at Seton Villa? Experience our vibrant community, delicious home cooked meals, participate in a range of daily activities and connect with residents and staff.

Book our Trial Suite for two weeks to a month, its the perfect way to see how comfortable, welcoming and vibrant, life at Seton Villa is.

Tours

Tours are offered between 9:00am and 10:30am; 1:00pm and 3:30pm, and 6:00pm and 7:00pm.

Subsidies

Residents may be eligible for assistance through SAFER (The Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters). A website where you can enter your information and calculate the amount you may be eligible for. Access the calculator using the link below:

Assisted Living

Funded by Fraser Health, the Assisted Living program is available for 28 designated suites on three floors of Seton Villa. These suites are funded by the government’s Independent Living BC (ILBC) program. Eligibility is determined by a Fraser Health Case Manager. Funded suites are intended for seniors with low to moderate income who need assistance with daily living. Like Independent Living, meals, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities and basic cable are provided.
