Each day our talented Executive Chef and culinary team balance exceptional taste, optimal nutrition, and high-quality ingredients to deliver meals that delight and nourish. Our team crafts menus from scratch, incorporating whole grains, fresh produce, lean proteins, and nutrient-rich ingredients. Their commitment ensures that every meal is thoughtfully prepared to support the health and well-being of our residents.

At the heart of our dining program is Executive Chef Ryan Lee who attended culinary school in Australia. Ryan draws on his diverse experience creating exceptional dining experiences at golf and country clubs, catering companies, restaurants and retirement homes.   

Ryan and the culinary team are dedicated to providing meals that accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions while maintaining flavor and quality.  We work with residents and their health providers to offer portion-controlled entrees low in sodium, saturated fat, and concentrated sugars.
