When it first opened its
doors in 1974, Seton Villa was a unique concept. The Board of
Directors envisioned a seniors’ retirement centre, where seniors
would play an integral role in creating a climate of "healthy
and affordable community living for seniors".

Society’s volunteer Board of Directors meets regularly to ensure that
the mandate and mission of Seton Villa is being met in the best
way possible. Board members come from all walks of life, and
bring their interest, skills and expertise to the organization.
They are active on Committees, and meet regularly with residents
to listen and take actions where needed.
